Executes one service method from tool-style arguments ({ query }, { id, query }, { data },
{ id, data }) through service.dispatch() with the given params — find-limit clamping,
structured-query → REST-query translation, and id checks included. The generated tools run
exactly this; exported so a code-mode bridge dispatches through the identical path.
